With over 15 years of experience in HR strategy, HRIS/ERP enablement, and workforce transformation, Gwen combines technical expertise with people-centered solutions that drive real results.

Gwendolyn’s approach is rooted in the belief that systems, processes, and technology should support people — not the other way around. Before founding GM Consulting, Gwendolyn held senior HR leadership roles with both public sector organizations and private enterprises. She has led large-scale HR and HRIS projects, including LMS optimization, Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, learning ecosystem design, and performance review redesigns.
